Cancellation Windows & Refund Amounts

Cancellation Window Refund
Within 24 hours of buying the course 90% refund (10% deduction of paid fee for administrative charges)
Within 48 hours of buying the course 50% refund (50% deduction of paid fee for administrative charges)
After 48 hours of purchase No Refund

Refunds, if applicable, are processed strictly as per the above slabs and at Urbane Corps’ discretion.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email your request from your registered email ID to hr@urbanecorps.com with your full name, contact number, course name, invoice number, and purchase date/time.
  2. Subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”.
  3. For verification, we may request a copy of your invoice/receipt or payment confirmation.

Only cancellation requests received within the applicable window (24h/48h) are eligible for refunds per the slabs above. Processing is subject to validation of your purchase details.
